Where is the possibility to connect the community court with the community?

Once I asked a Chinese man: "Could you tell me where the community court is?" 

He answered me kindly: " Is that the money bank?" 

​

I did my research with the locals and found out that the community did not know about the community court and vice versa. So we created an installation with the stories of the local people represented in the pictures. The installation is exhibited in the court of Den Bosch.
